In 1994 Sharpline established a scissor factory in Surry Hills, Sydney and manufactured the first high quality Stellas cobalt alloy models. In 2001 Sharpline moved its manufacturing to Japan and partnered with a high precision, high technology manufacturer to produce Sharpline Premium designs.
In 2013 Sharpline opened this online shop Scissorworld to sell its products to an international market.
All the Sharpline Premium, Quantum, Magnum, MicroSlit (tm), Stellas and Slice range scissors are 100% made in Japan and ISO certified to country of origin.
