Computer controlled, vacuum furnace hardening with nitrogen injection sub-zero slow recovery tempering (performed twice). Full CNC internal and external Precision shape grinding. High corrosion resistant blades and a uniform hardness without being brittle. Rockwell hardness 59 to 61. Corrosion resistant handles. Hand finished in Japan by Yamazaki Shears Co. Ltd, Kawagoe Japan. Click plate UFO type adjustment assembly.
