History:In BRAND NEW FOR 2020 designed by Sharpline. The NEW DELTA Samurai scissors are designed for western hands and for western techniques particularly slide cutting and feathering. Our new ALL Japanese scissors are manufactured in Seki city Japan utilizing our new SUPER Cobalt Molybdenum stainless steel blades.
Construction: Two piece welded. SUPER Cobalt Molybdenum stainless steel alloy blades. Please note we only used hot and cold rolled bright grade, sheet alloy which has the densest grain structure and the lowest level of impurities. Computer controlled, vacuum furnace hardening with nitrogen injection sub-zero slow recovery tempering (performed twice). This heat treatment is the best available and ensures our finished DELTA Samurai scissors have a high corrosion resistance and a uniform hardness without being brittle. Rockwell hardness 59 to 61. Design features: DELTA Samurai scissors are designed to be versatile and perform all current hairdresser’s techniques very well. The blade profile is flat and sharp, combiner with the unique Sasaba shape and double torsion hollow grind. Edge retention is up to 3 longer than standard stainless steel scissors.
